AROMASIN® (exemestane tablets) has been a proven treatment for advanced breast cancer in women since 1999. It is used when tamoxifen has not stopped the cancer from growing. Do not take AROMASIN unless you have gone through menopause. Do not take AROMASIN if you are pregnant. Do not take it with a drug that has estrogen.
The most common adverse events reported for advanced breast cancer were mild to moderate and included hot flashes (13%), nausea (9%), fatigue (8%), increased sweating (4%), and increased appetite (3%).
